About Our Classes

Hatha Yoga concentrates on physical and mental health and mental well-being. My program emphasizes on the full spectrum of yoga, mind and body health, and alignment principals.

Yoga Fit brings yoga to everybody in a new way that is safe and adaptable for a wide range of fitness levels, age groups, and health challenges.

 

(at this time no hot yoga)

Hot Yoga is practiced in my heated studio which is usually between 90-94 F. The benefits of Hot Yoga are to detoxify through sweating to help flush through the skin. The heat also allows you to go a little more deeply and safely into postures.

Yoga is the only form of movement, exercise, and individual practice that welcomes you to do at any age.

 

  1. You will never be too old to practice.

  2. The older you get, the practice will keep you younger.

  3. You can practice every day and only get healthier.

  4. When doing heated yoga it warms your muscles and increases your circulation.
